In the blog post, the company emphasized that by using the “Pay” feature, customers will be able to make instant settlements using Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) or other cryptocurrencies. On top of that, it offers “zero gas and zero transaction fees.” The company stated:
As one of our top-requested features, Pay makes sending and receiving crypto seamless, enabling instant, zero-cost crypto transfers for all Binance US customers, ultimately avoiding costly gas fees.
On top of that, Binance US stated that by launching its “Pay” feature, the company aims to build more “customer-centric features,” which allow more people to participate in the crypto ecosystem.
The “Pay” eliminates the need to enter long deposits or withdrawal addresses and wait an undisclosed amount of time for transactions to settle.
In the blog post, Binance US distinguished several benefits, including receiving notifications when someone requests crypto, managing “Pay” requests, viewing transaction history and syncing the app with the user’s contact list to make crypto transactions to family and friends, a simple task.
At the end of its blog post, Binance US highlighted that it is working on launching a web version of “Pay” allowing users to send, receive and request crypto using the most popular web browsers.
It is worth noting that on November 17th, the news broke that Binance US is reportedly planning to join the bidding process for Voyager Digital.
